Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Depot

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
